meaning no one is building new homes...well lets agree, there is a big decline... do all those thousands of apartments in the central CBD count....or are they all pre fabs from China...
whatever, with all the bears, just loving renting, and only xxx amount of houses out there, it must be good for the investors...the current owners.....
