Well where i have my place in Parmelia, house prices have dropped by about 15%, but rents have increased by about the same 15%. So one would think from that, that buying an investment property there would come close to being a good idea. Lots of improvements going on in Kwinana with the town centre. Council is in the process of upgrading its status to "City of Kwinana". Close to the beach and Rockingham. 25 mins to CBD on freeway or train.
While Kwinana has a stigma attached for now, it slightly reminds me of where i grew up with the same stigma. That suburb was Mosman Park. While i know Mosman Park is a much better location, i see similarities...
