Well somebody is buying them. Have a look realestate .com.au. Do a search under $300,000. I looked at three in last week and they have all sold. Too be honest I thought they were crap and overpriced by $40,000 but gone. Shares dropped more today than Perth ABS price drop for 2011. Rents around Kwinana area going gang busters.
