John?...when I decided to buy into POH I researched the company and what it does (I found it while reading some financial articles in a dead of night)....but I never researched management...had no idea some are just like a "family business"....I am sure majority start as such but after few years and growing business and investor base surely new people are rigourously head hunted and employed?...this side of investments is still pretty grey to me...but it becomes more apparent good, strong and ethical Management is everything in this business...lessons learned...
