Just trying to give a rough idea how it could work...Im sure OELs thorough numbers guys would come up with something slicker and precise.
The time period probably should be more like six months...and obviously the purchases should only be made when the price is perceived to be a bargain and well below cash backing.
Lots of scenarios could play out.....
And dont forget OEL have already contemplated a Buy Back before when it would have cost 4 times more..
