Looks to be a signed deal, I have heard Chris mention previously he'll announce deals once they become 'Material in nature'. I too like many holders aren't impressed the tie-up is being advertising by both parties however we are none the wiser, until revenue begins to flow I assume.

Looking at the website the sliding banner adds tell us 2 things:-
- Banner ad 1 :- Smartfleet will push their clients that have with fluctuating Vehicle demands over to DMC those clients will purchase/rent through the DMC channel and I'd guess a small royalty will return back to Smartfleet.
- Banner ad 2:- Smartfleet are talking about software 'Online Vehicle Booking system' this IMO is what CL8 has created and licensed to SF (with trailing royalties). If this is correct well it could be massive.
