For someone who considers himself a smartinvestor, you are making yourself look anything but with your current stance on Puntland Spud being imminent.

While no one can argue your stance on the boy cried wolf scenario, yes we been told numerous time before that spuding was to occur only to be delayed again and again.

The facts are this time is very very different, and to be honest its quite strange how any genuine investor in Range would not be extremley confident that Puntland Spud is about to occur, as some fairly basic research into all matters Range and Puntland related would leave no investors in any doubt, barring a terrorist attack spudding is imminent.

Basic facts are,
1) Drill site prepared
2) Drill Rig on site and set up almost 100% complete
3) Military presence guarding the compound
4) Communications from company officials that a spudding ceremony will occur within 7-10 days, statement now 5+ days old.
5) All major company officials in Puntland or in transit.

Now NEVER NEVER EVER previously have we had any of the above in place to make Puntland Spud a reality, all previuos anticipated spud dates were just that anticipated, and as we all know did not occur due to various delays, however based on the evidence available to any smartinvestor, how any genuine Range investor beleives Puntland is not imminent clearly has not done their research at all.
