Didn't ask today. Thought it inappropriate and that they would have been unable to provide any other (market sensitive) information.
However at the GM, Peter said that two weeks prior to meeting the Govt owned software company signed off. He expected the MoC to sign off two weeks after the GM (last week) and that subsequent to that he expected things to move 'pretty quickly'.
He also talked about the fact that their (govt owned) 50% were not required to sign off on the deal.
Consequently I would imagine that an announcement is imminent.
