China's "Golden Week" holiday lasted from October 1st to October 7th.
Unless the Beijing Office worked through a public holiday it seems more likely to me that the quarterly will be early next week.
If today, it is more likely to be late in the day, which, being a Friday, is not the best day to make good announcements.
