I see that Malcolm Smartt resigned as a director.
One month exactly after the AGM
Apparently, I was right in a post from a few weeks ago, his options package proposal of 1 million shares was never put up for a vote. Check the AGM results.
He had no shares, and his options were pulled. This is apparently why he resigned, not anything to do with the company's prospects. He had nothing to gain by staying.
Now, back to my cruise.
