One other thing i forgot is the S&P500 in the US trading at more than 25PE there is a chance the market in the US to head much lower than it is now, unless the companies there can deliver more profits then the stocks have to get much lower in price.
WE don't know but market is a game of probability, I believe the probability for the US market to go lower is bigger and that shopuld be good for the gold but in the meantime sentiment has changed.
Don't panic nothing goes down forever and nothing goes up forever, whatever goes down must go up and whatever goes up must come down, hey that is rule number one in the market
