Just a word of caution to the great CVN SP move
Saw Ted give an interesting presentation last Thursday at the PESA lunch. Still much to go for in CVN Thailand land holdings.
Great new volcanic play and oil flow rates.
The end result will either be truly amazing oil flow from the fracture systems or it could rapidly water out. Only time will tell, if the well and development cost are kept low then CVN should be come a very good cash cow just pray for no water. Its hard to define how long these wells will flow oil as it is impossible to map the extent of the oil legs, just how fill are the fractures and how inter connected they are.
Just have to hope that Ted and CVN start to payout some return to all the shareholders as well as expanding the company, an interesting balancing between expansion and pay out, look at ARC and TAP they both have the same problem as well.
As I believe Andrew Forest of FMC plans to pay out ASAP.
