Y don't they have staff and/ or execs that do this stuff? seems like the risk and corporate governance mentioned in their corporate governance statement is just words and no actions arise from it.
Does their corporate comms get audited? They should demonstrate to their auditors how they complete their corporate governance in line with their disclosures.
