Do you really think insurance will cover this? If it is found dreamworld didn't have a sufficient maintenance program or new about aging equipment but didn't replace it or did a quick fix to keep it running they will not have to cover them.
And they most definitely will not cover all the upgrades dreamworld is going to have to make or the cost lost during closure.
I'll be very surprised if they get a cent from the insurer. Insurance is to cover people tripping over or small accidents not a huge malfunction in a piece of aged equipment.
