    Why is the company a great buy now?

    Are we emotionally aatached to price it was before the accident?

    I traded this stock before it sold the gyms. It struggled to sell marinas. It had an environmental issue at one of its marinas as well.

    To me this thing will find new lows. Momentum dictates it. Check what is different now from Feb and Jun.

    Then add in the loss of theme park profitability.

    It will test new lows.
