    There are some good prospects.
    Please examine these first.

    The JV areas with CYL (they have gone a lot quiet too)
    have some prospect.

    But there isn't enough capital to examine one prospect.

    They will fritter it all away, then a CR to
    fund their wages for another couple of years.
