Its a matter of holding the line guys and not being intimidated by such selling. The TFS deal is a serious one in terms of complexity and dollar value.
Its business as usual at TFS hence one would suspect that TFS has been very busy over the last couple of months marketing Intevia. I suspect there will be a rush of announcements once the fate of TFS is decided. Whoever buys TFS will promote Intevia as its key product line. The wafer thin margins the traditional nuts and bolts make will generate the cashflow (due to US2bill revenue) to pay for Intevia marketing, engineers etc etc. Intevia....the high margin fastening line will sprout in 2006.
