the statement I made was not a direct quote from you rather a summation.The figure of $300-$400 million is a figure that has been quoted in the past as a possible cost for developing the mine(I think even in last weekend media coverage).
What you did say was
"it has created a big resourse but I doubt that most could be mined,except for that higher grade pipe"
and futher
"If you had an existing mill that has been paid off, with all infrastructure in place and advanced underground development already paid for than perhaps 116mt at a cut off of 0.75%Cu would be mineable?"

While "if the resourse is proven up,the way it sits makes it non-viable for the estimated $300-$400 million setup costs" may not be what you said (and no figures were mentioned by you).Is that not what you meant,(given someone else has made the $ estimations).
