Samboy.....honestly, if you believe the market is a simple correlative exercise like you describe above, you will need to look further. The harder to measure forces like sentiment and momentum must be considered.....watching price action separate from the noise helps. WSA action is complicated by the amount of shorts in play. The background FA story is compelling. There will be wave down at some point, but I am waiting for it to announce itself. No point anticipating what the stock price will do when one is playing the medium term. The trend is the trend until it's not.
