    The upside just got capped though. With twice as many shares on offer, the "original" $1.28 deal is now worth 64c.
    I agree though 35c is a very good entry price via the 1-1 rights issue. To not take it up would be silly in my opinion. You are basically just diluting yourself if you choose not to participate.
