Is GS liable if the latest EDE announcement is nothing more than a marketing stunt to get the cr over the line?
What is the law?
I suspect GS isn’t liable. EDE could be but it’s easy to close down because it’s an easy shield against the Solomon family assets I assume.
Is there a chance that anything goes if in the end there is success? In other words, EDE can get away with promoting/announcing BS if the time it affords results in a positive?
Thoughts?
