smell a rat

The announcement of Ronald selling his 50million shares has me completely confused.
Why would someone in his position sell 50million shares at this late stage of the game with results due any day.

Everything happens for a reason and I DO NOT believe this to be coincidence.
What is the law here? Can he lawfully sell the shares with knowledge not yet known by the market ?
Can anyone shed light on this ?

Im seriously excited and not accusing Ronald of anything other than the announcement not being very clear. All I want is some clarification rather than feeling nervous and anxious that the 1st mate just jumped overboard.
