I believe NY testing continues. I don't think its a big deal one way or the other for SAE. Their own operator plays are what its about and they have plenty on their plate at the moment.

In the qtrly they stated US$55 profit per bbl from NSA. Thats US$1.5m a month which will grow to close to double this after upgraded to 2000 bpd in July. With 250 odd million shares this suggests a P/E ration of about 2 which is absurd.

Their new re-development of McCool (the'll fix water ingress) and Paris Valley and new acreage should see at least another 1000 bpd in late 08.

I have been buying heaps these last 6 weeks. Its my most exciting stock (and I have a good few others).

Very confident in JB and the company. We should be back into the 50's within weeks.
