Because management are not concerned about financing - I would have thought that to be fairly obvious!Management is not tasked with responding to SP fluctuations and perceived concerns raised by non-holding down rampers. Management is tasked with operational matters which is what it is focused on as evidenced by the progress the company has made towards first official production.
