    Who wants to own shares in a cr_ppy coke plant in China that is cashflow negative and at risk of being forcibly closed by the Chinese authorities (per recent news that China are forcibly closing small uneconomical steel and coke plants).

    Most of RCI's assets are in the coke plant.

    RCI need to carve out the coke plant to realise value for the coal deposits.
