Well it looks like PLL shareholders in the USA are viewing it as a short-seller doing a massive down-ramp on ALL/PLL to try and make money on their short.
PLL volume is now up to 1.5m shares (150m Australian equivalent) so over A$100m traded which means its the serious money's interpretation, not just a few mum's and dad's. The PLL share price is up 4% at the time of writing this (who knows what will happen in the last period of trading). If the US market believed the suggestions that Atlantic and the Tennessee projects were both toast, it wouldn't be up 4%.
