Yes and how easy it should be if ER G can put in place systems in Singapore and other overseas places like they say then one has to ask the question "What is wrong with Sydney"???
Someone should get the chop in this outfit and for the life of me I fail to see the millions spent so far to have no result. Their IT department must be nothing short of a shambles and plenty of lazy incompetent fools getting paid huge amounts to produce a load of rubbish.
