I strongly doubt the action we're seeing right now is due to take-over activity.
This is simply recognition of the projects' merit.
Volumes would be significantly higher (like eight to ten times higher) if this was genuine takeover activity.
But hey, I could be wrong, my advice is worth what you paid for it.
