    there definetely were some promising signs yesterday.

    the chart is nicely poised, so if there is an announcement, this will move quickly and gather momentum.

    however, if no announcement is forthcoming, we're more likely to see a slow move towards 8cents.

    risk wise, i think its not a bad spec, lol
