To fund a 72% working interest in FP#2 will require lots more cash.
After the Pass merger, there will be 1.1 billion shares on issue. The amount of further dilution will depend on what price they can raise more capital at.
Could they raise cash at 1.3c? 1c? Who knows? It will be a tough ask at any price in the current circumstances.
It's not "all over red rover" but the upside is seriously capped now. Personally, I think it will be a long time before VIL trades above 2c.
