Assuming Pass are smart and were not themselves on the edge of extinction , would have they tipped in their company on what they were told about FP1 without doing DD. The deal PASS did with Silverwood could have been done with FP1. Pass get X amount of shares which are now worth %40 less. If they had of made the deal conditional on results of FP1 ie same as Silverwood, but did the deal anyway so makes me think there is more to come from this story yet.
