Just a thought . .

Wasn't it the case the GGP attempt to do a deal with Pass some time ago and were unsuccessful ? GGP have also not been forthcoming with information about FP generally. Would it be a stretch of the imagination to suspect that GGP are manipulating the market here in order to gain exposure to FP by buying up VIL shares ?

Clearly speculation, but what else have we got to go by, other than looking at actions and assessing possible motivations.
