Deal signed off, just arguing over wording of announcement?.
That is a regular problem with these deals.
Nick's telling everybody its on track.
Announcements have to go through an army of lawyers to comply with ASIC and US rules. Then corporate image people, then confidentiality clauses.
If hes so confidant, then the dal is probably signed week ago.
I have been buying, because every CEO I have spoken to tells th same frustrating story.
