I'd say there is more catches in it than what appears coming out of mouths, there's no way Barton would be selling into an illiquid market for less if the offer was a clearcut 6c transfer. Maybe they are only taking into account one of his positions ? Barton does hold stock in multiple accounts - 12 from memory ?
