Why would these people think that the Shareholder Action Group wouldn't notice that PPN, Bryant & Bryant, G Spot Pty Ltd, Collins Wentworth Pty Ltd and a couple of Trimble's single shareholder companies are all housed on the same floor of the same building in Lonsdale St Melbourne right next to the entrance to the police cells at Melbourne Magistrates Court?
Anyway, the share offer matter is now in the hands of ASIC so stay tuned for further developments.
