Two brokers in The Bull have a buy on IPL...expecting a good ann report...explosives business making up for fertiliser business loss. Plus there is the T/O speculation...and people will never stop eating /growing crops.
Chart says target $1.45..all indicators turned up today with a volume increase...lets see what happens but looks like a ST buy.
