I think we will know before the end of the year either way.
I know I'm a bit slow but I was thinking why would WM borrow $65 million ,spend $48 million straight up and then possibly leave himself short (some on here say).
If I needed $200,000 to complete a house I wouldn't borrow $100,000 and keep building to find I had no funds to finish.
Anyway hopefully WM is a bit smarter than me.
