Of course I'm still hanging in there.. just been speaking to my advisor and recommends holding to the end,, see one of the most important aspects of this notice was the fact that the $7.85 offer wasn't declared final...

this means there's still the chance they'll sweeten the offer... it would be disaster for BHP's balance sheet to have only 50%WMR ,,, and if the bid lapsed they couldn't bid for 12 months and Xstrata/RIO could get WMR at a cheaper price... and they certainally would not want that to happen!!!

Still holding 75K WMR!!
