I have run the numbers on Petratherm many times over, with many different variables but I just can’t see how this stock is not an outstanding prospect at today’s prices. Particularly now they have secured the government’s endorsement (their $62M REDP allocation) and just completed drilling of the Paralana 2 deep injector well.
I believe that considerable operating and feasibility risk is being rapidly diminished. That’s not to say that considerable risk is not still present but it just doesn’t seem to substantiate the shares current low price.
I am however very conscience that something is ultimately only worth what someone else is prepared to pay for it (irrespective of the numbers). As time marches on, Petratherm is building momentum, credibility and exposure. With better acceptance within the wider investment community I feel the share price will definitely appreciate.
