You show the main problem here with the forge deal and the lynas shareholders: NOT the conflict of interest is, what shouldnt be tolerated!! IF we can have a better way with crown than selling to forge with the royalies and options... THAN this deal should be tolerated.
But a simply conflict of interest isnt a problem so far, if this conflict dont lead to a deal, where the lynas shareholders will be needless disadvantaged.
This awareness shows, that we as shareholders need to proof the facts very carefully, bevore judgeing this deal!
