I thought the tenement was originally awarded to SMM (I assume using their standard landowner rate they have given others landowners in the region), but it was only they already had 3 and more likely AVQ enter the picture with their 20% that it was revoked, SMM have every right to be pissed off, hell all the other big miners in the region should as well, given AVQ might be setting a new baseline precedent here.....20% is a very hefty cost to your bottom line, don't you think?
