Agreement for off-takes are good as it means someone wants to buy your product but the cost of good sales still needs to be a viable operation and in the October 2014 AVQ presentation it was indication sales of 1.5% grade laterite nickel ore at 85US/t (currently it's half that around 40-43US/t), do you know if the landowners get 20% (both get 10% each) of the nickel sales, profit (if any) or actually owns 20% of the company?
