Agree, shipping and transportation cost is likely to decrease due to the oil price halving since 2014 and they are close to China anyway so I doubt the cost is significant, unless they can get cheap labour then it's close to breakeven before capital expenditure (and usually the equipment for start-up cost are based in USD, which have strength this year against all currency).
