NOTHING is certain until we see an announcement that we have an LOI from the minister.
In that event (and in my opinion) we will have to do the SAA procedure again. Assuming that we still have it is a bit silly IMO.
If we do obtain the LOI it should stabilise the stock price going forward until the SAA is worked through and we finally get the nod from the SIG.
