Some people just don't get it so you have to shoot right between the eyes (I'm usually not rude, but some people just don't let up). There is not 1 company on the ASX that every shareholder is happy with. Shareholders don't control companies, management (or the Board) does. Shareholders own. So there is a simple solution. You are either supportive in the way the company you own is run or you don't. And if you don't, vote with your feel (sell your shares). But like I said, there isn't 1 company on the ASX that all shareholders are happy with
