Yep, been in VA for nearly over a year, mines was BAU operation for nearly all during VA (on decrease capacity) up until April this year when it was placed in C&M to at least end of September, reject addition fund of 30M USD from a creditor who is a substantial share holder before going into VA, reject 11M USD VAT refund during VA that was meant to keep the mine operation during this low nickel price and these creditors are substantial share holders with over 500M majority share holder who voted to liquidate MBN 6 weeks ago (and all we heard from a MMB public release statement was they want to move their controlling operation from Australia to Canada).....so yes, I know how these big fishes treat us little fishes.
