you are missing the point of the entire article. 80% of the cap raise was for mining operations. There are posters who have alluded to this cap raise being all for working cap. And I will stick to my 32c per share because guess what, when they get exercised (and I believe THEY WILL), the average price will be for 32c (not ramping just fact). I explained all this yesterday, lets not go over old ground and discuss the point of the article.
