I range Centro HQ and asked to be put through to Investor...

I range Centro HQ and asked to be put through to Investor Services. Got a voicemail message along the lines of:

"All of our investor services representatives are attending to other [presumably upset] callers. Please leave a message and we will return your call."

All of the staff are either:

1. Retrenched.
2. Trying to get on CommSec to sell their shares because they know something we don't.
3. Trying to get on CommSec to buy more shares because they know something we don't.
4. Listening to the briefing as we speak.
5. Really busy.

... or any combination thereof.

Still none the wiser to when the briefing is going to take place though.
