Re disclosure, they were late in disclosing the first problems with the Waratah rail deal. The shares slipped from around $9 to $5 before an announcement. Those with inside info were selling obviously. I was told two things: most problems are with cheap Chinese parts which fall off due to faulty welds etc and have to be redone in Australia and also there will be an SPP soon to get more money.
