my very simplistic view is its a airconditioned tin can on wheels.
It certainly isn't a high tech aircraft these guys are building.
This was a poisonous contract with no room for error and no suitable clause to cover the continual changes requested by the Government.
So much effort and resource has been wasted by these guys
